At Heavys, we want you to experience your audio in its purest form, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all our high-fidelity headphones. If you are not completely satisfied with your listening experience, you can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Ensure the headphones and all included accessories are placed back in the protective case before dropping the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware upon arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
